MotionFunds Usage Guide

MotionFunds is an online mutual fund system provided by PT MNC Asset Management. To be able to use MotionFunds, you must be a registered customer and already have an account within MotionFunds. If you already meet both but have forgotten the password, you can reset the password in the following way.

1. Click the "Forgot Password" button.
2. Enter your username along with the email that you have registered.
3. Completed, you will immediately get more information in your email.

If you have not already registered as a customer with us, you can do the registration online in the following way.

How To Register A New Customer :

1. Click the "Register".
2. Please read and understand the general terms and conditions that apply. Make sure you have prepared the necessary documents. (The list of documents is attached at the bottom of the registration page)
3. Fill in the registration form with valid information.
4. Fill out an inquiry form risk profile.
5. Check the information you have entered. Make sure the information is correct and appropriate.
6. Perform upload a document you have prepared in advance.
7. Done, you have been registered as our customer and have a MotionFunds account.

Type of transactions in MotionFunds 
To enjoy our transaction service, please login using your username and password.

• Subscription
You can purchase unit of our products, in the following ways:
1. Select "Subscription" on the menu "Transaction".
2. Select the product to be purchased, read and understand the prospectus of each product as well as the applicable terms and conditions.
3. Fill in the form of transaction.
4. Confirmation of the transaction, check the back of the transaction that you do.
5. If required, upload your payment receipt or other document.
6. Finished.


• Redemption
You can sell back your share units, in the following ways :
1. Select "Redemption" on the menu "Transaction".
2. Choose a product that will be sold back, read and understand the terms and conditions applicable.
3. Fill in the form of transactions.
4. Confirmation of transactions, check transactions you do.
5. If needed, upload your identity document or other documents.
6. Finished.


• Switching
You can make transactions redeployment of units to units of other products, in the following ways:
1. Select transaction "Switching" on the "Transaction".
2. Choose a product that will be exchanged, read and understand the terms and conditions applicable.
3. Fill in the form of transactions.
4. Confirmation of transaction, check your transaction.
5. If needed, upload your identity document or any other document.
6. Finished.
